By: THE NATIONAL Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed have agreed to "urgently" resume negotiations on their dispute over a vast Nile dam being built by Addis Ababa, the Egyptian presidency said on Thursday.
