HornDiplomat-The EU Ambassador to Somalia Nicolas Berlanga launches the inaugural EU Erasmus Mundus Scholarship Programme at an outreach event held at Hargeisa University.
Ambasador Berlanga encourages students to apply ERASMUS: “ I have ambition: at least 20 students of University of Hargeisa to have scholarship in 2020. Please help us fulfill this ambition and apply. It doesn’t depend on us. It depends on you to apply.”
Erasmus+ is the EU’s programme to support education, training, youth and sport in Europe. Its budget of €14.7 billion will provide opportunities for over 4 million Europeans to study, train, and gain experience abroad.
