Horndiplomat-Heavy rain in Hargaysa kills at least 3 people and injuries more than 18 others .
Somaliland President Muse Bihi Abdi visited Hargeisa Group Hospital where over 18 people are receiving treatment for injuries they sustained during the heavy wind driven rains that pounded Hargeisa on Tuesday afternoon.
“At least 3 people are reported to have died and 18 Injured after heavy rains in Hargeisa ,I hereby extend my personal and that of the government my condolences to the families of the dead” said President Bihi
Somaliland President also toured various areas of Hargeisa affected by the rains .
