3. Sandakon Debebe- Director General of Innovation and Technology Institute

4. Mrs Fantaye Gezahegn – Deputy Director General of the National Anti-Doping Office

5. Muluken Kere – Deputy Director General of Innovation and Technology Institute

6. Temesgen Tilahun – Director General of Educational Materials, Production and Distribution Enterprise

7. Gebremeskel Chala –Deputy Director General of Ethiopian Kaizen Institute
