Somaliland President Muse Bihi Abdi attends the funeral of late Major general Abdilahi Fadal Iman who was buried in Hargeisa on Saturday.
Somaliland government officials, police, political parties, parliamentarians and hundreds of people have also attended.
President Bihi described the late police boss that he played a huge role in the peacemaking in Somaliland
“Our Late major Gen. Abdillahi Fadal was a veteran police officer who spent most of his life in the country’s security, re-assertion of independence and the pacification of Somaliland – he was a man of virtue who practised righteousness.”Said President Bihi

General Abdullahi Fadal Iman has passed in Hargeisa after an illness on Friday.
Somaliland Interior Minister Mohamed Kahin Ahmed who spoke to the press, said Gen. Iman had returned from Turkey where he had sought medical help.
