Ethiopia State Minister Dr. Markos Tekle holds talks today (November 14) with Mr. Graham Maitland, Director of Africa Division, Department of Political Affairs of the United Nations.
The State Minister lauded the comprehensive support the United Nations is extending to Ethiopia.
Noting the reform his country is undertaking, Dr. Markos reiterated Ethiopia’s commitment to meet the objectives of the reform through undertaking a free, fair and democratic election.
Graham Maitland also noted the ongoing reform in Ethiopia and reaffirmed UN’s commitment to provide support for the election that is set to be held in 2020.
