Somaliland President HE.Muse Bihi Abdi and Ethiopian New Prime Minister Dr.Abiy Ahmed

Somaliland President Muse Bihi Abdi has sent a congratulatory message to Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed of Ethiopia for being awarded the 2019 Nobel Peace Prize.
PM Abiy, the first Ethiopian to be awarded a Nobel Peace Prize, was recognised for his efforts to achieve peace and international cooperation, and especially for his initiative to resolve the border conflict with neighbouring Eritrea.
Somaliland President Muse Bihi abdi said PM Abiy’s peacemaking efforts had given the world hope at a trying time.
“On behalf of the people and government of the Republic of Somaliland. I would like to congratulate the Prime Minister of Ethiopia, H.E.Abiy Ahmed Ali, for winning the NobelPrize for 2019.Congratulations on your well-deserved success. Somaliland President Muse Bihi said on Twitter.
