Horndiplomat-Somaliland Vice president Abdirahman Abdilahi Ismail has embarked on a visit to Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates on Thursday.
In his departure statement, the Somaliland Vice President said
“Somaliland and UAE are close friends and strong allies. We work together to promote regional peace, security and economic prosperity in the region.”Somaliland Vice President said on Twitter.

The United Arab Emirates has listed Somalilandas the leading African country where it has the highest foreign direct investment (FDI).
Meanwhile, Somaliland Vice President Abdirahman Abdilahi Ismail also visits Kuwait and will meet the Government officials and the son of the Emir of Kuwait.
