Horndiplomat-Hargeisa regional court sentenced Journalist Abdimalik Muse Coldoon in three years and half in prison today.
Abdimalik Muse Oldon was charged with engaging in anti-national activities and spreading “false” news.
Oldon, an online journalist, was arrested in Buroa City on April 17.
Somaliland Journalists Association (SOLJA) has strongly condemned the sentence “Hargeisa regional court sentenced Journalist Abdimalik Muse Coldoon in 3years and half in prison today, is very disappointed and concerned over this judgement.” in a post on Twitter.
