Ethiopian President Sahle-Work Zewde met Canada’s Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau in Vancouver, Canada, in which, the two sides have agreed to further strengthen bilateral ties between Ethiopia and Canada.
According to Ethiopian Ministry of Foreign Affairs President Sahle-Work said Canada has been a true friend of Ethiopia even in times of difficulties. The President further noted the importance of strengthening the bilateral economic cooperation between the two countries.
Noting that Ethiopia is undergoing a transformational process, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau assured President Sahle-Work of Canada’s support.
