Ethiopia, World Bank Sign $350m Financing Agreement
Ethiopia and the World Bank signed Financing Agreements amounting to 350 million USD at a ceremony held today (June 3) at the Ministry of Finance (MoF) in Addis Ababa.
The bank approved 280 Million USD in the form of concessional credit and 70 million USD in the form of a grant.
Ato Ahmed Shide, Ethiopian Minister of Finance and Ms Carolyn Turk, World Bank Ethiopia Country Director signed the agreements on behalf of the Ethiopian Government and the World Bank respectively.
