Horndiplomat-The President of Somaliland Muse Bihi Abdi has recieved in his office a high level delegation led by UK ambassador to Somalia Amb. Ben Fender.
During the meeting, President Bihi and US Ambassador discussed a wide range of issues pertaining on stability and security of the Horn, the gearing up of local council and parliament Elections, UK aid allotted to Somaliland and boosting the working cooperation.
The UK delegation will also met with Somaliland political parties to discuss the plans to ensure Parliamentary and local elections by December 2019
It was the Ambassador’s second visit to Somaliland since he was appointed to lead the UK office in Somalia on 30 January 2019.
