Annual Heritage Institute Forum to be Held in Djibouti
The Annual Heritage Institute Forum for Ideas will kick off in Djibouti on Saturday. The theme is Change and Continuity in the Horn of Africa.
Speakers at the Forum include the Deputy Prime Minister of Somalia, the President of the International Court of Justice, and three former Somali foreign ministry ministers.
This year’s Forum takes place against a backdrop of geopolitical changes in the Horn of Africa. The economic integration vision for the Horn of Africa is a key topic panellists will devote time to. There are unconfirmed reports that Somaliland Minister for Foreign Affairs, Yasin M. Hiir, will attend the Forum.
