Somaliland President pardons 484 prisoners for Ramadan

Somaliland president Muse bihi Abdi has pardoned 484 prisoners on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.
In a presidential decree, Muse Bihi Abdi ordered the state attorney general starting from Tuesday to release 484 inmates through Somaliland territories.
