As Senior Planning Adviser within the Ministry of Planning and National Development, you will assist and advise the Minister on the implementation, managing and reporting related to the Somaliland National Development Plan II and related national policies. You hold a relevant university degree and have solid experience with development and humanitarian assistance in fragile states. You have previously worked with performance based management, participatory approaches, and change management in emerging government institutional contexts. You are fluent in English.
