The Somaliland ministerial committee comprising Foreign Affairs Minister Mr.Saad Ali Shire, Ministers of Finance Ms.Zamzam Abdi Aden, Presidency, Mr.Mohamoud Hashi Abdi, Information Mr.Osman Abdilahi Adaniand National Planning Mr.Ali Ismail Jirdeh and Somaliland envoy to UAE Mr.Bashe Awil Omer has put forward the deal for parliamentary debate on Saturday.
The Lawmakers received copies of the deal set to be debated two days for reading, with Parliament Speaker Abdirahman Mohamed Abdullahi Irro and his two deputies present.

May 2016 the Somaliland Government and the Dubai Port World signed agreement of US$442 million to form a joint venture company that will invest and management the Port of Bebera.
The two parties have signed a term-sheet agreement to form a joint venture company that will “invest and manage” and transform the port into a regional and logistic hub.
